HOW TO ORDER
Orders can be placed by simply sending us an e-mail to hamlynorchids@aol.com. We ship from Kingston, Jamaica by Federal Express or Air Mail for small orders and by air cargo for large wholesale orders.
MINIMUM ORDER $250.00
(SORRY BUT NO EXCEPTIONS)
1. All orders must be prepaid. Plants will be shipped
when cheques are cleared.
2. Please allow 7 - 14 days for delivery on orders.
3. We offer discounted prices on wholesale orders,
please enquire.
4. Our plants are either seed grown or propagated by
meristem tissue culture.
5. Payment can be made by cheque or money order we do
not accept credit cards.
Please do not send cash.
6. There is a packing charge equivalent to 15% of the
gross total charge on retail
(small) orders.
7. CITES certification charges are US$ 50.00
8. Phyto-sanitary certification $ 20.00
9. Orders sent by air cargo may be subject to Customs
Brokerage charges.
10. Plants from certain countries require a plant import
permit, when in doubt please
contact you local Department of
Agriculture or Plant Quarantine Department.
We do not have a printed
catalogue or price list other than our listing on
this site. If
you are interested in specific species or hybrids not listed please
enquire.
